1. Burpees
2. Walking lunges
3. High knees
4. Sandbag squats
5. Tuck jumps
6. Elevated knee touches

Walking lunges: 18, 17, 16
High knees: 112, 114, 112
Sandbag squats (using 50lb sandbag): 16, 16, 17
Tuck jumps: 57, 57, 58
Elevated knee touches: 27, 31, 35

    Walking lunges 11, 11, 13
    High knees 71, 60, 60
    Sandbag squats 10, 8, 10
    Tuck jumps 13, 11, 15
    Elevated knee touch 16, 17, 18

  3. Used a 20 lb sandbag, maybe a little heavier next time:

    Burpees 8, 8, 7
    Walking lunges 16, 14, 13
    High knees 83, 84, 86
    Sandbag squats 18, 18,15
    Tuck jumps 46, 35, 30
    Elevated knee touch 26, 32, 36

    Tuck jumps was really hard.
