Workout equipment:

Workout type: 12 minute

Set your timer for 12 rounds of 10 and 50 seconds. Complete three rounds of the following in the 50 second work interval:

1. High knees w/ jump rope
2. Reverse push ups
3. Burpees
4. Knee raises

Bonus: 20 pistols / leg
