All you need for today’s HIIT workout is a pull up bar and your own body. No excuses!
Added 5 burpees, 15 crunches to each round, and a 25 sec sprint between rounds. 22 minutes to complete. Great Stuff.
Nice! Good additions – love the sprint idea. It was a pretty quick one otherwise – took me 8:42 to complete as is.
That’s what I love about the flexibility of your program Krista. One can easily modify it as desired by adding other exercises from your program. Makes it great for all level of athletes. BTW, I was joined by a few of my platoon mates. Ages 22 up to 52, all shapes and sizes. Some of us sprinted, some did the elliptical. A bit crowded but we got her done and had a few good belly laughs to boot. Great way to end the shift.
