Set your timer for 18 rounds of 10 and 30 second intervals. Complete three rounds of the following in the 30 second work interval:
1. Kettlebell swings
2. Handstand push ups
3. Tuck jumps
4. Air squats
5. High knees
6. Knees to elbows
Bonus: +10 Turkish get ups
Time to sweat.
