Workout equipment:

Workout type: 16 minute

Set your timer for 24 rounds of 10 and 30 seconds. Complete four rounds of the following in the 30 second work intervals:

1. Squat jumps
2. Handstand push ups
3. Burpees
4. Pistols
5. High knees w/ jump rope
6. Medicine ball twists
