Wednesday Workout


Workout equipment:

Workout type: 16 minute

Set your timer for 24 rounds of 10 and 30 second intervals. Complete four rounds of the following in the 30 second work interval:

1. High knees w/ jump rope
2. Sandbag squats
3. Mountain climbers
4. Back lunges w/ sandbag press
5. Wall balls
6. Push ups w/ double knee touch


Remember: work as hard as you can during each 30 second interval. It may burn like hell now, but it’ll all be worth it later.
