Monday Workout

 

Workout equipment:

Workout type: 12 Minute

Set your timer for 12 rounds of 10 and 50 seconds. Alternate between the following:

Air squats
Push ups

Bonus: +20 V ups

Today’s workout requires zero equipment—so you have no excuses not to do it.

And remember—if your arms burn out doing regular push ups, you can always drop to your knees—just keep working as hard as you can.
