Wednesday Workout


Workout equipment:

Workout type: 12 minute

Set your timer for 12 rounds of 10 and 50 second intervals. Complete three rounds of the following during the 30 second work interval:

1. Kettlebell swings
2. Sandbag squats or Air squats
3. Burpee pull ups
4. Reptile Push Ups


Ouch! Did those burpee pull ups get you? They sure wore me out!
