Workout equipment:

Workout type: 12 Minute

Set your timer for 18 rounds of 10 and 30 second intervals. Complete three rounds of the following exercises during the 30 second work intervals:

1. Snowboarder jumps
2. Mountain climbers
3. High knees w/ jump rope
4. Reverse push ups
5. Wall balls
6. Leg raises

Bonus: + 30 second Handstand hold
