I hope you’re spending your day spending time with your family, eating lots of good food, and relaxing. You deserve it!
However, since you can’t spend your entire day sitting around drinking eggnog and eating Christmas cookies, I’ve put together this little Christmas challenge workout for you to burn off some of those extra holiday calories.
You could even get your entire family in on the action (I’ll do so with mine, although my dad is probably the only one who might take me up on the offer).
I’ve tested this workout prior to today, and was able to complete it in under 16 minutes. Do your best to beat my time!
And just so you know, I will be doing this workout as well today, so I’ll be sweating right there along with you!
And now for your 12 days of Christmas-inspired workout:

11 Tuck jumps
10 Kettlebell swings
9 Kettlebell front squats

2 Dive bomber push ups
1 Turkish get up / side
