Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

10 Box jumps
10 Wall balls
5 Burpee medicine ball slams
20 Medicine Ball Pike Jumps
5 Medicine ball side to side slams / side
10 Medicine ball slams
10 Sit up wall throws
