It’s been quite the journey but today I’m stoked to announce that the 12 Minute Athlete app is now available on the Apple Watch!

Here’s what you can expect when you download the 12 Minute Athlete App right on your Apple Watch:

Full Workout Mode

Just like the 12 Minute Athlete app on the iPhone, the full workout mode offers three different types of workouts: 12 Minute, 16 Minute, and Challenge Workouts. Choosing a workout is simple and intuitive:

  1. Hello, I’ve got a yearly subscription to your app on my phone. I’ve installed it on my Apple Watch (version 3) and it’s there but I can’t open it. The logo appears, the dots go around for a few seconds, and then it goes back to the watch face. Any suggestions? Thanks.
