Workout equipment: Pull up bar, dip bar

Workout type: Challenge

Timer setting: Stopwatch

Complete 3 rounds, resting as little in between reps and sets as possible.

5 Burpee pull ups
20 Squat jumps
10 Shoulder touch push ups
20 Jump lunges
10 Dips
10 Leg raises

Bonus: 30 Reverse push ups + 50 Flutter kicks
