Complete three rounds, resting as little in between reps and sets as possible.

5 Pull ups
20 Walking lunges
10 Reverse push ups
10 Squat step ups
10 Push ups
10 L-sit Tucks
10 Twisted hanging knee raises

Bonus: 3 Hollow body holds for time
