15 Kettlebell swings
10 Shoulder touch push ups
10 Kettlebell front squats
10 Burpee medicine ball slams
5 Single leg deadlifts / side
10 Hip Thrusts
10 Medicine jackknives

Bonus: 20 Superman raises

  1. A very helpful thing in increasing the stamina of the body. it not only increase our stamina but challenges our mind also to work it in a different way. The special thing about this is we don’t need to go outside we can do it while at home only.
