Complete 3 rounds as fast as you can:

6 Pull ups
20 Walking lunges
15 Push ups
30 Side lunges
6 Toes to bar

Bonus: 3 rounds max Chin ups + 3 Flex hangs

  1. This is everything I needed today! Something I could in my PJs after work. I probably should have done 5 rounds to make it last 12 minutes but I was well tuckered after three. Now for a long stretch.
