Complete 3 rounds, resting as little between reps and sets as possible.

20 Kettlebell swings
8 Pike push ups
20 Kettlebell front squats
5 Kettlebell windmills / side
10 Bulgarian split squats / side (optional: holding kettlebell)
10 Punching sit ups

Bonus: 5 Turkish get ups / side
