Complete 4 rounds, resting as little between reps and sets as possible.

10 Sandbag squats
5 Pull ups
8 Backwards Lunge w Press / leg
10 Shoulder touch push ups
8 Sandbag clean & presses
10 Hanging knee raises

Bonus: 20 Single leg deadlifts / side
