10 Reverse push ups
10 Kettlebell swings
10 Triceps dips
10 Kettlebell swings
10 Kettlebell front squats
10 Kettlebell swings
10 Knee raises

Bonus: 2 minute handstand hold

  1. I did this yesterday but kinda tweaked it and did pull ups, ring dips, back squats and toes to bar in between the kb swings…. I was drenched at the end but it was awesome!

  2. 9:02 ?!? I am confused -last two challenge workouts I did, I was über slow and now this…. stunned. 30lbs dumbbells,mostly straight leg rev push up,elevated leg dips
