Workout equipment: Sandbag, Kettlebell

Workout type: Challenge

Timer setting: Stopwatch

Complete 4 rounds, resting as little as possible in between reps and sets:

20 Sandbag squats
15 Push ups
10 Sandbag clean & presses
10 Hip Thrusts
10 V ups

Bonus: 100 Handstand shoulder touches
