Complete 3 rounds, resting as little as possible in between reps and sets.

15 Kettlebell swings
10 Push ups
10 Bulgarian split squats / leg
5 Pull ups
5 Kettlebell windmills / side
20 Side lunges
10 V up tuck combo

Bonus: Handstand practice
