First 12 MA challenge I couldn’t complete! There was not enough in the tank today. (Deadlifts yesterday, footwork drills and heavy bag before I tried it so possibly didn’t really set myself up for success perhaps.) 5.22 for 5 rounds. Undaunted, I will try again later in the week!!
My 2nd 12minuteathlete workout!
It took me about 12 minutes, without the bonus. I was pumped up for the bonus until I tried the handstand push-ups. Oi. I may do the bonus as an afternoon pick me up. :-p
OK, made good on my word and finished it this time! 7:17 but my pushups were terrible by the end, arms had gone completely. Totally forgot about the bonus, sorry!
Yeah!!! That’s awesome Andras. Don’t worry, your push ups will improve with time.
