10 Box jumps
10 Elevated push ups

Bonus (after workout): 20 Handstand push ups , 20 Leg raises + 20 Pistols / leg

  1. First 12 MA challenge I couldn’t complete! There was not enough in the tank today. (Deadlifts yesterday, footwork drills and heavy bag before I tried it so possibly didn’t really set myself up for success perhaps.) 5.22 for 5 rounds. Undaunted, I will try again later in the week!!

  2. My 2nd 12minuteathlete workout!
    It took me about 12 minutes, without the bonus. I was pumped up for the bonus until I tried the handstand push-ups. Oi. I may do the bonus as an afternoon pick me up. :-p

  3. OK, made good on my word and finished it this time! 7:17 but my pushups were terrible by the end, arms had gone completely. Totally forgot about the bonus, sorry!
