Had to modify triceps dips to a chair and didn’t have sandbag for step up weight but kept pushing the pace and made 3 rounds in 9:44
Nice work Kevin!!! Feel free to get creative with your substitutions, too – you can always just fill a backpack with some heavy books and stuff and use that instead of a sandbag.
My friend is doing a sandbag workout and the results are incredible. I think it was a military thing. I have to try it to pump up for the New Year – definitely getting a bit flabby these days.
