20 Air squats
10 Diamond push ups
20 Side lunges
10 Pike push ups
2 Pistols / leg (the hardest version you can do)
5 Plank get ups

Bonus (after workout): 40 Sit ups

  1. First workout in over 3 months due to some injuries and then laziness – totally killed me! 18 mins and change and my legs are TOAST…..heck, all of me is toast. Looking forward to the next one now that I’m ‘back on the horse’.

  2. Completed today in 11.28.

    Still struggling with these pistols on my right leg…an injury I sustained as a teenager just won’t allowed me to do them unassisted.

    A good full body work out. I was ready for those bonus abs at the end!
