First workout in over 3 months due to some injuries and then laziness – totally killed me! 18 mins and change and my legs are TOAST…..heck, all of me is toast. Looking forward to the next one now that I’m ‘back on the horse’.

Still struggling with these pistols on my right leg…an injury I sustained as a teenager just won’t allowed me to do them unassisted.
A good full body work out. I was ready for those bonus abs at the end!
