8:36 but did push-ups with feet elevated instead of handstand push-ups. Brutal, indeed!
Nice workout, and it gets the heart pumping. My time was about 24 minutes with elevated push ups (feet on 24″ ball), but I think I’m going to claim a little bit of a handicap because I did it with a 30 lb vest on.
Great blog, btw, just found it recently and I like the workouts you post. I focus mainly on workouts that need little to no equipment, and build what I refer to as “functional strength”. A lot of your workouts really fit right into that.
