My time for this workout: 9:36. Ouch!
And remember, you can always do modified handstand push ups or even regular push ups if handstand push ups are still too intimidating.

9:58 – Brutal indeed!
*Did the modified version of headstand push ups because I’m not a proper badass yet.
Nice one 🙂
And modified handstand push ups are still totally badass.
Correction then. I’m a total badass. 🙂
Hahaha yep 🙂
8:36 but did push-ups with feet elevated instead of handstand push-ups. Brutal, indeed!
Nice workout, and it gets the heart pumping. My time was about 24 minutes with elevated push ups (feet on 24″ ball), but I think I’m going to claim a little bit of a handicap because I did it with a 30 lb vest on.
Great blog, btw, just found it recently and I like the workouts you post. I focus mainly on workouts that need little to no equipment, and build what I refer to as “functional strength”. A lot of your workouts really fit right into that.
Haha, you can definitely claim a handicap – a 30lb vest is impressive!
Glad you like the workouts. I’m also really into functional strength.
8.32 but just did push ups as not mastered handstand ones yet. 🙂
Awesome Ann! Glad you found a way to modify it that worked for you.
Also, if you want to start mastering handstand push ups, here’s a tutorial on how to work up to them: https://www.12minuteathlete.com/handstand-push-ups/
8:39 modified handstanpushups
Thanks, not much wall space in our gym, but going to try the modified ones / elevated push ups, as coming along ok with normal ones now 🙂
