350 Rep Brutal Challenge Workout

Timer setting: Stopwatch

Complete 5 rounds for time of:

10 Burpees
20 Air squats
10 Handstand push ups
30 Mountain climbers

My time for this workout: 9:36. Ouch!

And remember, you can always do modified handstand push ups or even regular push ups if handstand push ups are still too intimidating.

  1. Nice workout, and it gets the heart pumping. My time was about 24 minutes with elevated push ups (feet on 24″ ball), but I think I’m going to claim a little bit of a handicap because I did it with a 30 lb vest on.

    Great blog, btw, just found it recently and I like the workouts you post. I focus mainly on workouts that need little to no equipment, and build what I refer to as “functional strength”. A lot of your workouts really fit right into that.
