  1. 24 minutes and 52 seconds.

    Slow, but getting there!

This was actually the very first workout I’ve done from this web site. I’ve been subscribed for a while, because I appreciate the philosophy, education and motivation, but all the while I’ve been doing my own similarly-styled workouts on the side.

The reason for my slowness? In a word: conditioning. I had no problems doing the exercises themselves, but boy did I need to catch my breath at each transition.

I enjoyed it, and am looking forward to further (and shorter!) workouts.

    • Hi, Melissa.

I believe she actually did pull-ups, only she used a huge rubber band to effectively lessen her weight.

Picture a huge rubber band hung from a pull-up bar, and then stretching it all the way to the ground, and then stepping onto the rubber band.

The tension pulling the rubber band back up consequently pulls you back up, such that you have less than your full bodyweight to “pull up” when doing the pull-up.

  2. I just had to try this workout. I don’t have a jump rope so I just pretended I did and did the 90 singles.
Worked up a good sweat. Great workout.

  3. 16:45 but I did it 5X instead of 4!

Loving the videos! Thank you for being a real person (who is in amazing shape and smiles a lot).

Actually did 10 double unders!!! That was my goal for 2014 and I did it already! I gotta keep practicing though. If I did them again right now I am not sure I could do it..

    • What that’s awesome Jeanne!!! 10 double unders is a huge feat – and don’t be so hard on yourself, I bet you’ll be able to do them again with no problem 🙂

And yes, I do smile a lot… I blame it on my family, we all have giant smiles 🙂

  4. 14:28, subbing single-unders and using an assisted pull-up machine.
This one was hard. Fighting a cold, and was more tired than usual.
