5 Pistols / leg
100 High knees w/ jump rope
10 Wide push ups
5 Triceps dips
5 Leg raises

  1. Completed in 9:04 BUT I had no jump rope…did 40 high jumps as high as I could (holding a 2lb weight in each hand) instead of the unders and did high knees no jump rope.

    Felt like I cheated so completed my own leg power 18x10x30 workout too:
    -Side lunges
    -Bulgarian split squat Right leg (holding an 8lb weight)- (I think that’s what these are called…basically a 1 legged squat with the other leg up on a box/ bench behind you??)
    -Air squats (holding the weight)
    -Bulgarian split squat Left leg (holding the weight)
    -Step ups
    -Sumo squats (holding the weight)

    Feel pretty done in after all that!!
