  1. Thanks for this one Krysta! After spending 5 weeks working at a summer camp in Puerto Rico, where bodyweight circuits were my only option and the intense heat and humidity slowed me down considerably, I was looking for something to get me back into using equipment, like my kettle bell, again. This was perfect! The sweat is rolling off me (and it’s only 77° in Wisconsin).

  2. This was a good workout. I liked the variation of exercises.

Earlier in the day I completed this:

1 burpee (with press up and jumping jack) followed by a kettlebell swing.
2 burpees (with two press ups and two jumping jacks) followed by two kettlebell swings.

    Etc.

I completed this up to 15. My aim is to get up to 20.

  3. Wow, I just did it!! And my legs are shaking like hell. 😀
This was my fourth workout of 12minuteathlete (I startet last Saturday by doing the 100 Burpee Challenge – 14:42 by the way..) and I finished it in 16:41
Very hard but the feeling afterwards is just amazing!
