4th of your workouts in 5 days after a LONG period of being a lot more off than on when it comes to working out.
Time: 29:20. Feelings afterward: sticky and dry in mouth, sticky and wet everywhere else, heat, pain, but most of all accomplishment. Thank you for posting great workouts that fit in any schedule! Hopefully these AMRAP workouts will quickly start fitting in even better.
