  1. this is a really neat website, i like the design alot, very unique.

    i’d add that high knees should be done as fast as possible as well, like done in sprint mode. so instead of just a number to reach, you do it as intensely as possible for 20-30 seconds.

    although now that i think about it, this says complete five rounds, is the aim that you are supposed to do 5 rounds within 12 mins?

    • Hey Mike! The point of the challenge workouts is to do the designated amount of rounds as fast as you can. So yes, definitely do the high knees as fast as possible—and same with the other exercises!
