Workout equipment:

Workout type: 16 minute

Set your timer for 24 rounds of 10 and 30 second intervals. Complete four rounds of the following during the 30 second work period:

1. High knees w/ jump rope
2. Kettlebell front squats
3. Mountain climbers
4. Side lunges w/ sandbag
5. Wall balls
6. T push ups
