Workout type: 12 minute

Set your timer for 18 rounds of 10 and 30 second intervals. Complete the following exercises during the 30 second work interval:

1. Kettlebell swings
2. Kettlebell front squats
3. High knees
4. Knee raises
5. Jump lunges
6. Sit ups
