Set your timer for 24 rounds of 10 and 30 second intervals. Complete four rounds of the following during the 30 second work interval:
1. Kettlebell swings
2. Pistols (L)
3. Pistols (R)
4. High knees
5. Kettlebell front squats
6. Sit ups
Bonus: 10 Pull ups
