1. Burpee medicine ball slams
2. Shoulder touch push ups
3. Medicine ball side to side slams
4. Medicine ball pike jumps
5. Squat thrusts
6. Medicine ball mountain climbers

Bonus: 30 Medicine jackknives + 2 minute Plank hold
