We’re excited to let you know about a new feature for the 12 Minute Athlete HIIT Workouts app released today: additional workout packs!
Although the app already includes nearly 200 workouts when you first download it, many of you have been asking for more, varied workouts based on your specific fitness or health goals. Which is why we’re pretty excited to be able to offer these workout packs for as little as $0.99 each.
We’ll constantly be adding more in the future, but here are some of the current workout pack options:
- Beginner HIIT Workouts
- Boxing HIIT Workouts
- Calisthenics Workouts
- Upper Body Strength Workouts
- Lower Body Workouts
- Conditioning Workouts
And tons more.
Each workout pack comes with at least 15 super efficient, ass-kicking workouts.
Note: Additional workout packs are currently only available for iPhone users.

Where to Find the Workout Packs
Wondering where to find the new workout packs? We’ve made it as simple as possible for you guys:
- Step 1: Open up the app and click on the workouts tab.
- Click on the Additional Workout Packs button.
- Scroll through the workout packs. You can see the details of each workout pack by clicking on the workout pack name.
