Complete 3 rounds, resting as little in between reps and sets as possible:

10 Squat step ups
5 Candlestick pistol jumps / leg
20 Handstand shoulder touches
80 Speed step ups
8 Push up up/downs
10 V up tuck combo

Bonus: 2 minute Plank hold (break up as needed)
