  1. Nice routine! Burpees are a favorite and never did a reptile push up before and now have a group doing them. Great lower ab and core stability workout! Thanks!

    • Read the “start here” section…basically 12 rounds, with 10 sec resting and 50 sec working out hard.
      ie 50sec Burpees, 10sec rest, 50sec push ups, 10sec rest, 50sec High Knees, 10 sec rest, 50sec V Ups, 10 sec rest, Repeat.
