1. Box jumps
2. Dive bomber push ups
3. Walking lunges
4. Mountain climbers
5. Squat jumps
6. V ups

Dive bomber push ups: 7, 7, 7
Walking lunges (using 35lb sandbag): 18, 16, 17
Mountain climbers: 84, 87, 79
Squat jumps: 20, 21, 20
V ups: 14, 14, 15

    Great workout as usual, thank you!
    I have a (probably very silly) question: am I supposed to be doing each set once three times, or each set three times in a row and then move on to next one? Am I making sense? In this case then: first box jumps, then push-ups etc… and then start from the top again for two more rounds, or box jumps three times and then move on?

    • Hey Elena! Just follow the order of the workout – so you’ll start out doing one set of box jumps, rest, then do push ups, rest, go through the rest of the exercises, then you’ll do it all over again two more times! Does that make sense? Feel free to ask any other questions 🙂

    Box jump @ 18 inches: 13, 15, 12
    Dive Bomber push-ups: 10, 9, 12 (When I saw Demi Moore in JI Jane doing these I learned how. Her structure in that movie has been a big motivating factor for me ^_^)
    Walking Lunges: 18, 13, 15
    Mountain Climbers: 60, 54, 56
    Jump Squat: 15, 16, 16
    V-Ups: 11, 10, 12
