Complete three rounds as fast as you can:

10 Squat box jumps
15 Pike push ups
50 Double unders
75 Speed step ups
20 Side lunges
100 High knees w/ jump rope
20 Jump lunges
10 Split leg v up combo

  1. 21:22 – first workout in a loooong time! Had to make some modifications – no box and I couldn’t do the high knees with the jump rope. It’s a start anyway.
