Bodyweight & Medicine Ball AMRAP Challenge Workout


Workout equipment:

Workout type: AMRAP

Timer setting: Countdown timer

Do as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

20 Air squats
40 Mountain climbers
10 Side lunges / per leg
3 Pistols / per leg
20 Medicine ball twists

No medicine ball? Grab a dumbbell or something heavy, or do the twists without any weight at all.

  1. Done! Absolutely loved this, I think AMRAP challenges are my favourite!

    Think I messed up the numbers a bit as I got confused…I did
    20 squats
    40 mountain climbers (total)
    20 side lunges (total)
    3 pistols (per leg)
    20 medicine ball twists (total)

    Managed 5 rounds +20 squats but not sure if all the numbers were meant to be per leg or total?? Either way it was 12 minutes of maximum effort & that’s the main thing 🙂

  2. This was fun! Just what I needed for a slow sort of Saturday.
    I did 5 rounds +20 squats, 40 mtn climbers and 6 side lunges each. all to the tune of the Allman bros.
