  1. I love your workouts. I have 3 kids 5 and under. I went from 140 to healthy 95 pounds at a small 4 ft 11 frame in the last year since the youngest was born. Before the oldest I had bad anorexia and bulimia. Now I eat for fuel and workout for strength. I plan on entering the Spartan Sprint in Seattle August 2.

  2. Hi there, I just downloaded your 12 min workout app on my phone. My question is when you come up with a new workout (I’m assuming today’s post is a new workout) – will automatically show up in my phone app? Or do I have to keep track of new ones separately from my phone app. Today workout looks like a great one so hoping it will just “magically” appear on my phone!
