Burn Baby Burn Leg Time Challenge Workout (+ Video)

I get a lot of requests for workouts that work your legs and use zero equipment.

This workout not only does both, it also takes very little space, so you can do it in an apartment or even in a hotel room if you don’t go to a gym and it’s too darn cold to work out outdoors. So as always, no excuses!

To get the most out of it, make sure to push yourself as hard as you can. YOU’VE GOT THIS.

Here’s what you’ll be doing during this time challenge workout:

Set your timer to stopwatch mode, then complete four rounds of the following exercises as fast as you possibly can:

10 Jump lunge squat combo
10 Boxer push ups
20 Squat jumps
20 Speed skater lunges
20 Air squats
10 V ups

  1. Hi Krista, I’m reasonably fit nd tried this workout.only problem in my case us constant interuptions nd therefore breaks. This is common for me cos I’ve an active toddler and a v playful pet at home.my question is- is it worth doing such workouts if u have to stop often.I really need such short workouts .
