2. Reptile push ups
3. Burpees
4. Walking lunges
5. Mountain climbers
6. Knees to elbows

Burpees: 9, 9, 9
Walking lunges: 18, 18, 17
Mountain climbers: 75, 74, 72

  1. No pull up bar so I did Burpees with 15lb bicep curls 6,6,6
    8,7,6
    8,7,6
    12,10,10 weighted 15lbs
    45,40,40
    Sit ups 25,25,25
    Added 7 minutes of cardio 🙂
    Dripping and love it!!
