10 Burpees
5 Handstand push ups
10 Burpee tuck jumps
15 Air squats
10 Burpee lateral jumps
15 Sit ups

  1. Hy Krysta! What was your score? it only says 3+7 air squats unless I am not seeing something. Please let me know. I always try to have your reps as my goal but never get there 🙁 someday!!!
