Catch Your Breath AMRAP Challenge Workout


Workout equipment:

Workout type: AMRAP

Timer setting: Countdown timer

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

15 Wall balls
10 Burpee step overs
25 Box jumps
10 Wide Push Ups
30 Medicine ball twists

Bonus (after workout): 20 Plank get ups

  1. substituted squat thrusts for the wall balls. Got through 2 1/2 rounds (through the third round of box jumps). Ouch!

  2. I got in trouble trying to do this today- apparently throwing medicine balls against the wall isn’t allowed at my gym, or at least not where I was doing it. LOL
