1. Wall balls
2. Push ups
3. High knees
4. Walking lunges
5. Squat jumps
6. Medicine ball twists

Bonus: 10-15 Handstand push ups

    The walking lunges and squat jumps were hard! First time trying wall balls. I love finding fun new exercises!
