Workout equipment: Kettlebell, Medicine ball

Workout type: Challenge

Timer setting: Stopwatch

Complete 5 rounds, resting as little as possible in between reps and sets:

10 Squat thrusts
10 Push ups
20 Kettlebell swings
15 Medicine ball slams
10 Medicine jackknives

Bonus: 50 Burpees
