Complete 3 rounds, resting as little as possible in between reps and sets.

10 Squat throws
10 Ball transfer push ups
10 Lunge w/ chest + overhead press
5 Medicine ball slams
5 Rotational wall slams / side
10 Plank get ups
10 Sit up + throw

Bonus: 50 Medicine ball twists
