Workout type: AMRAP

Timer setting: Countdown timer

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

15 Wall balls
10 Medicine ball slams
10 Rotational wall slams / side
20 Jump lunges
5 Push up up/downs
5 Burpee medicine ball slams
20 Medicine ball twists

Bonus: 30 Superman raises
