Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

15 Box jumps
5 Pull ups
15 Step ups
5 Elevated push ups
15 Air squats
5 Leg raises

Bonus (after workout): 40 Elevated knee touches

  1. Hi All! I think I’m confused about counting rounds. I’ve always been taught that you count your total number of completed rounds (i.e., for this one, all 6 exercises from box jumps to leg raises= 1 round). But I see Krista and others have put “4 rds + (an exercise in the middle of the round).” So how do you guys count a full round? Thanks!
